The law of gratitude is the natural principle that an action and a reaction are always equal and work in opposing directions. Showing gratitude through thankful praise to the Supreme Being is an expression or a freeing up of force. It cannot help but reach its target, and the reaction is an immediate movement toward you.

“Draw near unto god, and He will draw near unto you.” That is a statement of truth. If your gratitude is strong and steady, the reaction in Formless Substance will also be strong and steady. The movement of things you want will always be toward you.

Take note of the grateful attitude of Jesus, how he always seems to be saying, “I thank You, Father, that You hear me.” You cannot possess much power without gratitude, for gratitude is what connects you to Power.

‘감사의 법칙’은 작용과 반작용은 같은 크기 그대로 정확히 반대 방향으로 발생한다는 자연의 법칙과 같다. 찬양을 통해 하나님에게 감사를 나타내는 것은 힘을 해방시키는 것과도 같다. 그것은 대상에게 작용할 수밖에 없고, 따라서 그 즉시 당신을 향하게 된다.

“하나님께 다가갈수록, 그분은 당신에게 다가온다.” 이 말은 진실을 담고 있다. 당신의 감사가 강하고 확고할수록, 무형의 존재의 반응 역시 강하고 확고하다. 그럴 때 당신이 원하는 것들은 언제나 당신을 향해 올 것이다.

예수님이 보여주었던 감사하는 태도에 주목하도록 하라. 그분은 항상, “하나님 저의 말씀을 들어주셔서 감사합니다”라고 말했다. 이렇게 당신이 감사하는 마음 없이는 어떤 힘도 가질 수 없다. 감사하는 마음이 당신과 힘을 연결해주기 때문이다.
